As a key member of the technology team, you are responsible for providing technical expertise in managing diverse Linux/Unix, backup, virtual, and physical server and storage environments. You work in the areas of Linux/Unix server administration, virtual server hosting and administration, server clustering, backups and recovery. You ensure that appropriate backup and recovery, disaster recovery, job scheduling, performance monitoring, tuning and capacity monitoring and management duties are performed.

You have significant experience building, maintaining and providing support for Linux/Unix server environments and mixed virtual and physical hosting environments, including experience supporting backup and recovery services in an enterprise environment. You have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, and an advanced knowledge of Linux server environments, running database applications in a SAN environment, coupled with experience in storage and SAN administration.

You have excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills, with an ability to consistently achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. You have a proven ability to develop and implement solutions and to effect organizational change in an energetic, fast-paced environment. You are focused on delivering effective quality technical solutions to meet the organizations needs.
